Hey all, I recently had a FET and the waiting game is real! I’m eager to know how soon after the procedure can one expect to get a positive hCG blood test. Any personal experiences or insights on this would be greatly appreciated. Share away!
The earliest I’ve heard people mention is usually 3-4dpt, but if you received an hCG trigger shot, you would need to test it out to confirm if a positive result on 3-4dpt is accurate.

LabCorp claims that its beta test can detect levels as low as 1-2 mIU/ml, potentially as soon as six days after conception. While this may suggest rapid implantation following a 5dpt transfer, it is always advisable to approach this information with caution. By working backward from a beta result of 50 at 9dpt and considering a doubling rate of every 48 hours, one could estimate a beta of 25 at 7dpt and 12.5 at 5dpt. Many individuals have received positive results on FRER tests at 5dpt, which have a sensitivity of around 6.3-6.5 mIU/ml. Therefore, theoretically, it might be possible to get a positive beta result on 2-3 dpt.
