I am currently in the two-week waiting period after my third transfer (second from this IVF cycle) and I am finding it challenging. My first IVF transfer was successful, and I experienced noticeable breast tenderness before the positive beta. However, my second transfer was unsuccessful with no significant breast symptoms leading me to suspect a negative result. Now, with another high-quality blastocyst transfer, I am feeling almost no symptoms. I had some mild pelvic sensations initially, but now it’s very quiet. There is no breast tenderness like during my successful transfer and no clear PMS symptoms either. Has anyone else experienced different symptoms across transfers, specifically having a successful one without the typical signs you had previously?

I am still testing for a very faint positive result 18 days post 2 day transfer (equivalent to 12 days post 5 day transfer). It seems like a chemical pregnancy but the slow decrease is frustrating. With progesterone, I am only experiencing light spotting. My country does not do beta HCG tests and considers any positive result, no matter how faint, as positive, advising to retest in a week. This process feels like torture and I am eager for it to be over.
My clinic tested my HGC level early at 8dp5dt and it was 54, indicating that I am pregnant. Is this level slightly low or within the target range?

I am 5 days past 5-day transfer and have noticed a discrepancy in size between my left and right breasts. Has anyone else experienced this during their two-week wait? I will be waiting until Beta to test, but I have been experiencing frequent urination. I also did an at-home UTI test yesterday which showed low levels of Leukocytes and negative nitrates, which I’ve heard can sometimes be associated with pregnancy. It’s the weekend where I am, so I thought I’d reach out here in hopes of finding some reassurance. Any thoughts on these symptoms?

I have not seen any line progression from 4dp5dt to 6dp5dt. I started testing at 3dp PM and got a faint positive then. However, from 4 - 6dpt, the line looks essentially the same (test on top is 4dp pm). It’s not getting lighter, but it’s not getting darker either. My beta test is in 3 days.
I transferred a 5AA euploid embryo, and the hcg trigger was done 7 days before transfer.
Do you think there is a chance this could be successful, or does the lack of progression at this early stage typically indicate a chemical pregnancy?
I will be testing for the next two days in hopes of seeing a darker line on day 5 after the transfer.
I received disappointing news about my beta levels, they were less than 4 on 10 days past 5-day embryo transfer. As a result, I will not be able to continue with this cycle. The clinic suggested booking me for another frozen embryo transfer immediately, but I have requested to speak with the doctor first. Can anyone offer suggestions on what tests I should request moving forward? This was our second transfer for IVF with male factor infertility, the first was a natural transfer.
I received a negative result on FRER this morning. This is our 4th FET, and with our last one resulting in our little 2 year old, I was already testing positive by this time. Feeling anxious and struggling to be positive, but I can’t help but feel defeated.

My beta level of 40 on 11DP5DT does not give me much hope according to betabase and other research studies.
I am feeling increasingly anxious about my situation after a 2-day transfer three weeks ago. Despite initially testing negative, I received a faint positive result prior to my period-like bleeding. A digital home test showed a negative result, but subsequent tests have shown a positive result, though the lines are not very strong. My country does not offer beta tests, so I am left in limbo until I can test again next week. The uncertainty is agonizing.
I had a FET with a 2AB embryo and received a negative test at 11dp5dt. My period started a few days later, and on cycle day 5, I started preparing for the next transfer with Pergoveris.
Yesterday on cycle day 11, my scan unexpectedly showed a gestational sac measuring about 5mm, and my beta was 1100 IU. The sac size and beta are slightly behind where they are expected to be, but they are matching.
I am feeling unsure and overwhelmed by this unexpected news. We will monitor my beta levels in the coming days to see if they are rising.

I am currently 7 days past a 5-day transfer of a 3rd-grade embryo. This was my first frozen embryo transfer (FET). I have been taking cheap home pregnancy tests before my official beta test, and they have all been negative. I am feeling discouraged and my husband is trying to stay positive, but I am worried that this cycle may not be successful. Any words of encouragement or success stories would be greatly appreciated. Hi there! I’m wondering about using hcg booster shots after my fet. My clinic had me take 2,000 IU at 3 dpt, 5,000 IU at 6dpt, and 2 x 2,000 IU at 10dpt because my E2 dropped. My beta hcg is scheduled for 14dpt. Can you tell me how much the boosters might affect my beta hcg numbers and at what level I can confidently confirm a pregnancy? Thanks in advance!

Greetings! I am currently 7 days past transfer and received a negative result today. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar situation. This is my third frozen embryo transfer with two embryos. My first transfer was successful but ended in a loss at 7 weeks, while the second one did not take at all. I am hoping that testing at night instead of with my first morning urine could have affected the result. Looking forward to my beta on Friday.
