Hey folks, I recently went through a cycle where 50% of my fertilized eggs made it to blastocysts, but here’s the kicker – almost all of them were of poor quality. 
Can anyone shed some light on what could be causing this? Do you notice any red flags in my protocol that could explain the poor outcomes? I’d appreciate any insights or advice you may have on this matter. Thank you in advance!
Have you considered looking into PCOS or endometriosis? I’m sorry you’re going through this.
May I ask your age? I underwent IVF in my forties and struggled to produce quality embryos.
We are both the same age and had around 31 eggs retrieved. I have confirmed PCOS with traditional symptoms and your treatment plan looks similar to mine. However, I used 75 Menopur consistently and a lower dose of Gonal. I am concerned about your estrogen levels being significantly lower than mine on trigger day despite having a similar number of eggs retrieved. Unsure of what this difference means for your protocol.
