Struggling with Low Vitamin D Levels and FET

Recently discovered my Vitamin D levels are super low, and I’m about to start my FET journey. Has anyone else dealt with low Vitamin D during fertility treatments? Wondering how it might impact the process or if I should be taking any specific steps to improve it before starting. Any advice or experiences to share would be greatly appreciated!

My doctor recommends maintaining vitamin D levels around 30 for optimal health. Low levels can impact implantation, inflammation, and the immune system. Vitamin D is fat-soluble so taking it with foods like avocado or nuts can help with absorption. Certain medications can interfere with absorption as well. My vitamin D levels were low during testing, and while I don’t take supplements, I have still managed to improve. It may cause problems, but it’s not the main issue.
