Hi all, I could really use some advice here. My Gonal f pen seems to be jammed and I’m not sure how to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
To address a very cold fridge, try leaving it out for 5-10 minutes. The slow ticking of Gonal can be frustrating, but leaving it out for a few minutes may help. Apply ice to the area for a minute to alleviate burning. Best of luck! 
Was it the final dose in the pen that caused it to act that way? Mine did something similar when it was running out.
It’s so great to have a supportive husband who helps with injections. I used to stress out every night when he took too long to prepare them and I ended up being a minute late taking them. 
Could you please replace the needle? Sometimes, if the small needle inside enters the rubbery part at an angle or is bent, the pen can get stuck. If this occurs, rotate the pen back to zero to release the pressure on the tip of the pen. After that, replace the needle cap with a new one.
