Throughout my 7+ year journey, I have experienced a variety of cycles and found them to be the least challenging aspect.
I have experienced problems with my medications not being loaded onto the truck, despite placing the order in the morning. The pharmacy will make an effort to find a courier or alternative solution if the medication is essential (I required a trigger shot for an IUI that was prepared a week earlier than anticipated and they arranged for a courier from another state). However, it is advisable to plan ahead as much as possible to avoid such situations.
Extremely dependable, I contacted them multiple times daily regarding insurance and other issues in the week before the shipment and they were consistently reliable and helpful.
I have had a great experience with them and have never encountered any issues. Despite living in a very rural area where overnight delivery is rare, my medications always arrive on time.

Customer service was exceptional as they resolved the issue with my medication not being shipped on time. They located a local pharmacy with stock and arranged for a courier to deliver it to my house so I could start treatment as planned. I only had to return the duplicate drug once my original shipment arrived. Overall, 5-star rating for their excellent service.

Generally positive experience. Orders are shipped daily except for Sundays. However, I had an issue with a Saturday delivery which was delayed until Monday. The company assured me it was fine, but I was concerned about the temperature the package sat at on trucks. So, be cautious with weekend deliveries.
In general, the service is good but you have to stay proactive and frequently follow up to ensure your order is processed. This is particularly important when using insurance, as processing times can be delayed. At one point, I even contemplated paying out of pocket for a medication my insurance covered because of the long processing time.

I had negative incidents when ordering progesterone in oil from them. While my insurance covered it and mandated I use their services, the first order went smoothly. However, for the second order, they took my order over the phone but failed to provide the FedEx tracking number the following day. It turned out they forgot to send the order to their insurance department for confirmation. If I hadn’t followed up with them, I wouldn’t have received my medication on time. Make sure to stay vigilant and order your meds at least a week in advance to avoid any delays.
I experienced constant delays with my medication orders from them. Despite being proactive, I found them to be consistently slow in processing and delivering my meds, sometimes even days late. This has been the case with both Accredo and Express Scripts. I also had a negative experience with overcharging, being quoted 1K for meds but charged 7K. Although they eventually resolved the billing issue and delivered all my meds, I would not recommend using them unless necessary due to insurance requirements.
