Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my personal experience with using Let + Orilissa to manage my endometriosis symptoms. It’s been a journey filled with ups and downs, but I believe it’s important to open up about these challenges to support others who may be going through something similar.
Initially, I was hesitant to try this treatment option, but after discussing it with my healthcare provider, I decided to give it a shot. The relief it provided was significant, and I finally felt like I had some control over the pain and discomfort that had been affecting my daily life.
However, along with the positive effects, I also encountered some side effects
I have a plan in place for my transfer! Unfortunately, I won’t be able to assist as I have another retrieval next week. Rest assured, I wish you all the best with your transfer!
I underwent this treatment before a successful FET. Originally planned for 60 days, we had to stop at 6 weeks due to increased liver enzymes. Compared to Lupron depot, the side effects were similar, including hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, and headaches. I have tried using just Orilissa and also Orilissa with letrozole, experiencing similar side effects in both cases.
I have been taking Orilissa for a few rounds now. The 200 dose was more intense on my body compared to the regular one, which mostly caused hot flashes, headaches, and some insomnia. Overall, it was okay, although there may have been some hair loss. It seems to help with superficial endo before more extensive treatment, but it may not be sufficient for stage 3 or 4. After using it, they may put you on hormones due to being in a medicated menopause state, or they may wait for your period to come back. I cannot say how successful Orilissa has been for me, as I have only experienced failures thus far.
