Hey everyone, I’m currently navigating the challenges of trying to access fertility treatment through Access Fertility. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about the process, so I’m reaching out here for advice and support. In 2023, we applied for the unlimited plan priced at 20k, but were rejected due to 2 prior failed transfers. Instead, we were approved for the 3-round plan with a 50% refund option for 15k. Our first attempt was successful, making them regret not accepting our initial offer. 
We have not utilized the unlimited option, but instead opted for a multicycle package that includes up to two egg retrievals and transfer of all resulting embryos until live birth or none are left. In addition to the package cost, we had to pay a freeze all fee, a donor sperm import fee, and STI screening costs if ours were not up to date. Apart from these fees, we have only had to cover medication costs, but we may need to undergo additional testing in the future, which is not included in the package.

Is PGT testing required in order to qualify for a refund?
