Feeling defeated after two failed FET attempts despite a cleared hysteroscopy. On top of that, just got diagnosed with adenomyosis. Feeling lost and looking for support and advice from anyone who has been through something similar. Feeling overwhelmed and could use some encouragement right now. Thanks for listening."

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and information about women’s health may be anecdotal. I experienced multiple miscarriages before undergoing IVF. Adenomyosis was detected during my third egg retrieval scans.
Out of all retrieved eggs, only one embryo was viable. I underwent 3 months of Lupron down regulation and followed an AIP diet, along with various supplements, for a total of 6 months in a last-ditch effort. The transfer was done with full medication, including low-dose aspirin and prednisone.
My post history details the rollercoaster experience of the transfer, where we almost terminated the pregnancy due to an unknown origin pregnancy (my beta was ~6). I am grateful to my doctor for being open to continuing the pregnancy, which miraculously worked out in the end.
Consider consulting with a Reproductive Immunologist as they delve deeper into lab work and protocols compared to traditional RE anti-inflammation approaches. Autoimmune conditions can affect fertility and manifest in various ways, impacting pregnancy success rates. An RI may be worth considering, with recommendations for Dr. Jubiz in Florida who offers virtual appointments. Other RI options in the US are limited but worth exploring.
Hello! I’m sorry to hear about your unsuccessful FET. I also have adenomyosis and endometriosis and am currently undergoing 3 months of Lupron treatment. My doctor advised against reducing it to just two months as it may not be effective enough. I am also working with an immunologist who prescribed NAC, curcumin, vitamin D, probiotics, vitamin E, and collagen for an anti-inflammatory regimen. Additionally, I am incorporating red light therapy, acupuncture, walking, and trying to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, red meat, and soy in my diet, although it’s difficult to eliminate all of them. Unfortunately, I experienced a miscarriage at about 7 weeks despite having a euploid embryo. I underwent a laparoscopy in March, but it wasn’t sufficient, so we are adding more medications for my next transfer. Best of luck to you!
