Struggling to Stick to My Med Schedule 😔

Feeling overwhelmed trying to follow my med schedule lately. It’s tough to remember which pill to take when, especially with all the other daily tasks. Does anyone have any tips or tricks that work for them? I’d love to hear how you manage to stay on top of your medication routine. Let’s help each other out and share our experiences!

The clinic suggests scheduling appointments between 6pm to 9pm, possibly to allow for updates to be made on the same day.

My clinic recommends taking the injections after 6 pm, but ultimately the decision is left to the patient. From my personal experience, the injections do not make me feel drowsy. I usually choose to take them later in the evening to ensure that I am at home in case there are any unexpected events around dinner time.

My doctor said it wasn’t important, but to choose a 2-hour timeframe that I could consistently follow. I opted for 8-10, but usually ended up doing it between 8:30 and 9.

Our coordinator mentioned that we could do our activity any time between 7 to 11. I didn’t feel well afterward and just wanted to rest. However, my daughter preferred to watch, so I completed mine around 8 each night before relaxing on the couch or going to bed.

I kept the same team and consulted with my nurse, who recommended taking my medication at 7pm with the option to adjust by +/- 30 minutes each day until we find the right time that works for me. However, it’s important to ask as every medication and protocol varies.

My clinic scheduled me between 4 and 6 so that they could reach me before 4 in case there are any changes based on bloodwork. That’s why they don’t want me to come earlier.

My clinic advises to select a time between 5-10pm and be consistent with it.

My clinic recommends spacing out morning and afternoon doses by about 12 hours. Choose a time that will fit well into your daily routine - I personally take my meds at 8:30. Typically, you have about an hour leeway on either side for most medications, except for when triggering occurs.

The clinic instructed me to do my injections in the morning and advised me to choose a set time and stick to it consistently. I also had to administer Ganirelix at a specific time each day, gradually adjusting the timing by 15 minutes earlier.
