Hey all, I’ve been diving into the world of IVF lately, and it’s been quite a rollercoaster ride. I’ve found solace in my Oura Ring, helping me track my sleep, activity levels, and overall wellbeing amidst the challenges of fertility treatments. Anyone else using their smart devices to navigate this journey? Let’s share our experiences and support each other through this emotional process.
I want to express my condolences for your loss, it’s a difficult time for sure. Personally, I decided to stop tracking my biometrics during pregnancy and now during IVF. It was causing me too much anxiety trying to analyze the data and overthinking every little change. Maybe you are better able to handle it, and if so, that’s great! But for me, it was better to trust the process and not focus on the numbers. The hormonal changes during IVF can make your body act in unexpected ways. Just take care of yourself and trust that things will work out.
I have found the insights I’ve received over the past 3 months incredibly valuable. From surgery for endometriosis to an ovarian transposition, IVF stims, and egg retrieval, I have been grateful for the changes in my HRV and symptom radar alerts that have encouraged me to slow down on days when I would typically be on the go. Sending you tons of positivity and love!
