The AFC was 28 and yielded 25 eggs on the first occasion and 38 on the second. Protocol remained unchanged.
My AFC was 60 before beginning IVF, then decreased to around 40 after BC suppression for both egg retrievals. I retrieved 33 and 27 eggs, respectively.
