In the first retrieval, there were 32 embryos tested with 4 normal PGT-A + PGT-M and 3 abnormal. The first FET resulted in a live birth, the second in an implantation failure, and the third beta is awaited on 8/14

It is recommended to have 3 tested embryos stored for each desired live birth. After creation and testing, the female’s body determines if they will grow, reducing the risk of miscarriages in cases of IVF due to male factor infertility.

TW: Lucky guy. I had six untested embryos. Fresh transfer was successful, currently have 4. First FET was successful and baby is due soon. One was lost during thawing, three are still frozen.
I have had 3 untested day 5 embryos, with the first resulting in a live birth, the second not implanting, and currently 15 weeks pregnant with the third. I feel incredibly fortunate.
1 unsuccessful fresh transfer was followed by a successful pregnancy from the second frozen transfer, leaving 2 embryos in storage.
I had a total of four untested embryos, three of which were day 6 and one was day 7. Out of the three day 6 embryos, only one resulted in a successful live birth. I am not optimistic about the day 7 embryo. Currently, we are planning to thaw my remaining eggs from that retrieval for fertilization and hoping for a positive outcome.
On my initial retrieval, I obtained 12 embryos with five being euploid. I transferred each one separately, resulting in a single live birth. During the second retrieval, I acquired six embryos with five being euploid. Thankfully, my very first transfer resulted in a successful pregnancy with my second child. The key factor here is ensuring the embryos are genetically healthy.
I have heard that on average, each transfer of a euploid embryo has around a 65% chance of resulting in a live birth. However, success is influenced by numerous individual factors and cannot be guaranteed by statistics alone. My personal experience includes 1 unsuccessful transfer (untested) and 2 successful transfers (euploid embryos) leading to 1 pregnancy and 1 still pending. I am currently 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant and remaining optimistic about the future of my 3 remaining embryos. 
3 embryos were retrieved, resulting in one live birth after a fresh transfer. The first frozen embryo transfer (FET) was unsuccessful, resulting in a chemical pregnancy. The second and final FET, with the last remaining embryo, is currently 30 weeks along.
According to my doctor, approximately half of the embryos obtained are considered to be good/genetically normal.
Received 7 untested embryos from my first egg retrieval at 29 years old in 2021. Completed 3 frozen embryo transfers in 2022, with the third resulting in a live birth in 2023. Had a successful FET in April 2024.
I had 6 embryos in total. The first fresh transfer resulted in our first child, who is now a toddler. I was optimistic that the second transfer of a PGT normal embryo would lead to our second child, but it ended in a chemical pregnancy. I am now preparing for my next transfer, possibly considering another retrieval first.
After the retrieval at 29, we were left with 3 untested frozen embryos. We transferred the first embryo the following month, resulting in our child now being 2.5 years old. We transferred the second embryo when the first child turned 10 months old, expecting it not to take, but she is now 13 months old. The last embryo remains on ice until we are ready.
Both embryos were transferred fresh, resulting in one successful live birth that is very healthy.
I suggest also seeking input from the subreddit r/IVFbabies for a more comprehensive perspective. My personal experience includes having 4 PGT embryos, with the first resulting in my son and the second currently in an 18-week pregnancy. In my circle, about 85-90% have had one embryo per live birth and multiple IVF children due to various fertility issues like PCOS, MFI, unexplained, and endometriosis.
I am unsure if it was 9 or 10 untested embryos, but I had 3 live births out of them. The egg retrievals were done at ages 28, 32, and 33.
I had one egg retrieval resulting in 36.7 untested embryos. I used 4 of them and successfully achieved 2 live births. I am extremely thankful for these outcomes!
