Post-FET Exercise: Pilates, Barre, or Yoga?

I recently had a FET and I’m eager to get back into my fitness routine. Can anyone share their experiences with doing pilates, barre, or yoga after the procedure? I want to make sure I’m choosing a safe and effective option. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We were advised to avoid anything strenuous or heavy lifting, but I think biking should be fine. Otherwise, I’m not entirely sure. Apologies for any confusion!

I received clearance to resume my regular yoga and Pilates routine after my FET, with the only restriction being to avoid unfamiliar exercises. It’s important to use common sense and make informed decisions about post-FET workouts, as there is limited clinical evidence on the subject.
