Navigating PGT Testing Costs: My Experience

I’ve been researching PGT testing lately for my family planning journey, and I have to admit, the costs are giving me some serious sticker shock. It’s frustrating trying to weigh the benefits of this technology against the financial strain it might put on us. I would love to hear from others who have gone through PGT testing to get a better understanding of what to expect in terms of costs. How did you manage the financial aspect of PGT testing? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I believe your location is not a crucial factor. I live in the southwest and utilized a lab located in NJ called Cooper Genomics. The cost was approximately $2000 for up to six embryos, with an additional $100 shipping fee. Alternatively, there is an a la carte option available. For just one embryo, the cost was $300 plus the $100 shipping fee.
