We had intercourse for the first time 8 days after egg retrieval, which was 3 days after the transfer. I can’t recall the exact advice from our clinic, but I believe we were told to wait a week. Despite feeling great, I experienced a strong cramp afterwards, which I’ve been experiencing twinges and cramps since the transfer.
