Successes: While I wouldn’t encourage someone to spend money on unnecessary tests, my first transfer failed. However, after reviewing my ERA results and adjusting my PIO time, my subsequent transfers resulted in 21-month-old twins and a recently positive beta test.
I am currently expecting my second transfer, although it is still very early. The first one was unsuccessful, but both were fully medicated FETs. Unfortunately, I have no additional advice to offer beyond what has already been shared. Sending best wishes for success!
I am currently in my 15th week of pregnancy after undergoing my second euploid transfer. I am pursuing IVF due to experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss, and, despite being 41 years old (40 at the time of retrievals), things are going well so far. Following a failed first transfer, we switched to a modified natural transfer timed with my ovulation. While I cannot say for certain if this change was the reason for success, I am grateful to be in this position now.
The receptiva biopsy revealed silent endometriosis and elevated bcl6 protein levels, which were successfully addressed before our second FET, leading to a successful outcome.
