Congratulations! Your story has inspired hope in me. I am currently going through my third egg retrieval and using TESE sperm with low AMH levels. In my first cycle, we were successful in obtaining a day 5 4CB embryo that turned out to be euploid and passed PGT-M for a genetic condition we are carriers for. Unfortunately, in the second round, none of the embryos made it to blastocyst stage. Thank you for sharing your experience!
