Greetings to everyone. Seeking some support during a difficult time.

Currently on my seventh transfer flight and received my first BETA result yesterday at 13dp5dt. The result came back at 506 ui/L, which has made me quite anxious due to past experiences with chemicals and miscarriages. Despite this, I am trying to remain positive as this is my highest BETA result yet.

The clinic has requested another test on Monday to confirm the doubling of my levels. I have also scheduled a private test for tomorrow to ease my mind. Any stories or advice about BETAs would be greatly appreciated.

Update: My 15dp5dt result is 987.

Can someone reassure me that my 9dp5dt (AM) pregnancy test looks lighter than my 7dp (PM)? This is my first positive test and I’m really hoping it’s a sticky one! Thank you for any advice!

My embryo transfer was on November 4th, and my beta test isn’t until November 10th. When should I consider taking an at-home pregnancy test? I’m feeling extremely anxious since this is my only embryo, and I’m unsure if it would be best to wait until the beta test.

Had my first ultrasound today but it was too early to see anything, only a small sac was acknowledged. Just have to wait some more now. sigh

Good morning! I am currently 4 days post day 5 FET with our 5AA embryo. I experienced some spotting on day 2 after the transfer. When did you get your first positive test? When would you suggest taking a test for reliable results? The anticipation is truly unbearable.

Hello everyone, please share your success stories and send me your good wishes.

I caved and tested 5 days past transfer, but unfortunately the result was very negative. I used an Easy@Home test and now realize I should have used a FRER or another early test. I was hoping to see the progression of lines, but seeing only one line again was painful, even though I knew it was early for testing.

I went into the test with an open mind, understanding that it was early and we will do the beta 9 days post transfer. However, I can’t help but feel panicked. Now I’m unsure if I should wait until beta day or get a FRER and test on the morning of day 7.

Do you think I should anticipate a high BETA result tomorrow at 11 days past transfer, based on this positive FRER test at 4 days past transfer? Good luck to all! :sparkles:

Greetings! What is the target beta level that your clinic is looking for on day 10 to feel satisfied/happy? I am currently at 94 on day 10 post-transfer with a day 6 euploid embryo, and I am unsure about how to react.

I am currently 6 days past a 5-day embryo transfer and I know it’s still early, so there is a chance of a false negative. Today is my husband’s birthday, and if by some miracle the test is positive, it would be the best birthday gift ever. We discussed how we might feel if it’s negative and agreed not to read too much into it to avoid feeling disappointed. I don’t want to ruin his birthday if the test is negative, but the uncertainty is in the back of my mind. This is our 6th transfer with multiple embryos each time, and I’ve never had a positive result before, so I’m feeling anxious. This round was our best chance yet, with one of the embryos being a 5AA hatching at the time of transfer. We usually struggle to reach day 5 embryos, but this time we were able to create three, so I’m feeling more hopeful than with past transfers. Apologies for the rambling.

After seeing a beta of 384 on 10DPT and 875 on 14DPT, the nurse was optimistic but I was expecting a higher increase over the past 4 days. Now I am being cautious and skeptical again. Next beta is on 16DPT in 2 days.

I had my first beta today after transferring a fresh 5AB embryo, and it was 134. I’m concerned it may be low, but I have my second beta on Wednesday. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated! This is my first transfer, so I am grateful to have come this far.

My initial ultrasound showed too little, so I have another appointment on November 18th. Hoping for better results!

I would appreciate your advice or honest opinion. My husband and I had a PGT 5-day embryo transfer on 10/22. My beta levels have been as follows: 86 on 10/31, 468 on 11/3, and 2129 on 11/7. On 11/6, I experienced constipation and a sharp pain in my uterus, but my HCG levels continued to rise, reaching 3081 today. Despite this increase, my levels did not double, and my doctor has scheduled an ultrasound for 11/12. I am unsure of what to expect - could this indicate a potential miscarriage or is there still hope for a healthy pregnancy? Your insights would be greatly appreciated given our long journey with infertility.

Could this faint result at 8 days past a 6-day embryo transfer indicate a possible chemical pregnancy?

Received my beta results today, done at 10 DPT, and it came back at 151! Will have my first ultrasound in 2 weeks, fingers crossed for good news!

Hello! I am wondering if anyone has experienced their FRER tests becoming darker while their pregmate test strips are getting lighter. My FRERs started showing positive at 4 DPT, but the pregmate strips didn’t show positive until 7 DPT. Now, the FRERs are getting darker each morning while the pregmates appear to be getting lighter.
