Just wanted to share that my 4th FET (frozen embryo transfer) is scheduled for tomorrow, 4/21. The nerves always hit me right before these procedures, no matter how many times I’ve been through them. The hope, the anxiety, the fear of the unknown – it’s all swirling in my mind right now.
Any tips on staying calm and positive during the waiting period post-transfer? How do you cope with the emotional rollercoaster that comes with fertility treatments? Your support means a lot to me during these challenging times.
