Let’s kickstart a discussion on this and see where it leads us. Can’t wait to hear your perspectives!
The appointments at my clinic for bloodwork and ultrasounds typically take place around 9am in order to have adequate time to receive and review results before advising on next steps. Later appointments in the morning or afternoon are generally for procedures like a mock transfer or consultations with the doctor.
It is typical to have bloodwork done in the morning. If you want to minimize appointments, consider a medicated transfer cycle.
It is common to receive schedules after completing day 1 and getting baseline results. Early morning appointments are necessary for monitoring due to bloodwork turnaround times. Clinics may schedule appointments at different times, but all appointments at my clinic are no later than 9:30am. This does not raise any concerns for me.
The clinic’s current pick-up time is 10:45am, with the sample being collected around 11am by the carrier. Results are expected to be returned by 3pm, and the clinic will likely call with instructions by 5pm.
We received the instructions just a day or two before beginning the medication, which was already cutting it close. I would consider this to be quite typical.
