Just found out I have silent endo recently, and it’s been a shocker. Anyone else navigating this unexpected road? Would love to connect and share experiences. Let’s support each other through this journey!
This may sound crazy, but this discovery is actually good news. It could be the key to helping you conceive. With the option to suppress it or undergo a laparoscopy, you have a chance to remove this barrier standing between you and your baby. I was never able to get pregnant before my laparoscopy, but after the procedure, I conceived naturally (though I unfortunately experienced a miscarriage). Don’t hesitate to take action - removing this obstacle could bring you one step closer to having a baby. I also had a failed transfer before opting for a laparoscopy, as my symptoms were never silent despite being dismissed by doctors. This newfound information could be what leads you to finally achieving your goal of starting a family. Keep moving forward, as my partner and I are currently in our two-week wait after suppression treatment, with high hopes for success. Remember, you’re not alone on this journey.
I have endometriosis, which was detected through endometriomas on my ovaries even though I had regular cycles. Despite painful cramps, I was told it was normal. After experiencing multiple losses, I underwent IVF with Receptiva test and depot lupron treatment. My first FET led to a successful pregnancy, and now I’m 16 weeks along in my second FET. Receptiva test and depot lupron played a crucial role in my successful pregnancies. I hope this helps you find the right protocol .
I was silently suffering with endometriosis for a while before finally finding out after three failed chemical FETs. I underwent lupron depot suppression before attempting FET number 4, which has now successfully reached 20 weeks. It’s a challenging disease, but now that I have a diagnosis, I can take action.
I had five failed transfers before discovering I had Endo through laparoscopy. It was a complete shock to me, as it had been silent. My heart goes out to you.
I was diagnosed with silent endometriosis and faced issues during IVF, which turned out to be caused by hydrosalpinx in my tube. After having it removed, my next transfer was successful. I tried various treatments like 3 months of Lupron, uterine wash, receptive testing, and endo removal surgery, but only the tube removal made a difference. Best of luck!
Hello! I have also experienced five spontaneous pregnancies, all resulting in losses before 9 weeks. Last year, my obgyn recommended Receptiva testing, which showed a positive result for endometriosis. Despite not having any endo symptoms aside from infertility, this was a surprising discovery for me. Tomorrow, I will begin stims and will be on Lupron + Letrozole for 60 days before FET. Hoping this treatment plan will be successful for you as well!
I had only one euploid embryo, so I did additional testing as a precaution and received positive receptiva results. Besides infertility, the only symptom I had was cramps, which I never considered severe. I underwent two months of lupron depot before the FET cycle, and it was successful. My daughter is now two years old. Although the two months were challenging, they were definitely worth it!
I didn’t have any symptoms but tested positive on the receptiva. After 2 months of Lupron and a chemical pregnancy, I had a failed transfer before discovering and treating stage 2 endo during a laparoscopy. Despite my fears, I am relieved the endo was found. The positive stories above give me hope for a successful transfer after lap surgery.
My endometriosis may not be silent, but I strongly believe that many cases of infertility are caused by undetected endometriosis. I believe that more than 10% of women may have it without realizing it. It’s important to be aware of your health!
I had two high-grade PGT tested MMCs and my previous doctor suggested removing my small fibroids. I sought out a trusted surgeon, got an MRI, and did a biopsy for Receptiva which came back at level 4. I underwent three months of depot lupron with Letrezole but still had negative results. After lap surgery, they found no endometriosis. My latest RE explained that the inflammation from the Receptiva results may not always be from endo, so I am now on additional medications. I just had my transfer and we’ll see what happens. It seems silent endo doesn’t always mean endo, despite trying different treatments.
After experiencing three spontaneous pregnancies and losses, as well as three failed transfers, I was diagnosed with silent moderate endometriosis during surgery. Despite my initial disbelief, it was confirmed through excision during the procedure. Following a successful transfer that ended in TFMR for a birth defect, I underwent five more transfers without success. However, about a year after my TFMR, I became pregnant spontaneously and now at 19 weeks, everything is going well.
Hello! I want to share my experience with you. I went through multiple IUI’s, had 2 failed transfers, and experienced 3 losses. After a positive receptiva test, my doctor recommended I undergo 2 months of Lupron treatment before my next transfer. Unfortunately, I had an ectopic pregnancy which led to a laparoscopy revealing stage 3 endometriosis, which they were able to mostly clear out. Following recovery, I had another 2 months of Lupron before a successful transfer in April. I suggest considering Lupron or a laparoscopy. They also addressed my hydrosalpinx. I know how discouraging it can be to face another obstacle, but it was a relief to understand the potential cause of my issues. I hope you can work out a treatment plan soon and take a step closer to your miracle!
Hello, I just wanted to reach out and let you know that you’re not alone. I recently got my positive Receptiva result a week ago after experiencing a miscarriage at 8.5 weeks from my first FET with a euploid embryo. I’m finding it really tough to cope with. My only symptoms seem to be infertility and miscarriage, which my RE has indicated are common issues. I had several unsuccessful TI cycles and 4 failed IUIs before moving on to IVF, where I had a positive outcome with blastocysts. I’ll be starting on Lupron depot this weekend.
I decided to share my experience with Lupron Depot as I am currently on it for the second month and have not experienced any significant side effects yet. Here is a timeline of my experience so far:
In my first month, I received the shot on April 29th after being on birth control. I had some breakthrough bleeding before the injection and experienced a longer period afterwards. I had a headache for a few days but only occasional hot flashes in my face.
In my second month, I had the shot on May 29th and did not get a period. I felt some PMS symptoms but overall felt good with no cramping. I am 37 with unexplained fertility and have had one failed FET. My doctor recommended Lupron Depot due to heavy cramping and bleeding during my cycles. I hope this information is helpful to someone going through a similar experience.
Dealing with specialty pharmacies, billing, and insurance has been challenging. For Lupron, try having the clinic code it as endometriosis for better insurance coverage. Administering by a nurse or doctor can also make a difference. Good luck.
I am now concerned after learning about the silent endometriosis. I’m curious to know more about the test that detected this issue without requiring an exploratory laparoscopy.
How was a silent endometriosis diagnosed using the Receptiva DX test? A laparoscopy is required for diagnosis.
What is the frequency of false positive outcomes when using this test?
I had a blighted ovum, no implantation, and chemical pregnancy of pgta normal embryos. I did the receptiva dx test which was positive and then I did Lupron depot and I has success on my forth transfer. I went on my own six months after my son was born to an endometriosis specialist and I had surgery and had all of my endometriosis removed and I’m now 24 weeks pregnant without ivf.
After a positive ReceptivaDX, I underwent 2 months of Lupron depot with Letrozole and successfully had the next transfer after 3 failed attempts.
