I recently underwent a biopsy for CE due to symptoms of heavy periods and thick lining, which I also experience. Have you experienced any of these symptoms? I am currently awaiting the results.
I’m sorry you’re dealing with this situation. Have you undergone detailed genetic testing for your previous pregnancy loss, such as full genome testing or microarray? It may be helpful to focus on ruling out genetic issues, especially since you experienced a blighted ovum before. Full genome tests can identify specific gene mutations that may be contributing to the losses. Additionally, have you been tested for coagulation disorders, including APS antibodies, considering the possible vascular issues?
While endometriosis may not typically cause implantation failure if your uterine lining is adequate, the change in your periods post-miscarriage could suggest hormonal imbalances. I have endometriosis as well and experienced significant period improvements after my pregnancy. Are you currently using progesterone?
I can relate to this. I recently had a pelvic MRI at an endo clinic and it came back normal, as did the endo biopsy.
I apologize for not knowing what CE is, but if your doctor would treat you for endometriosis (suppression), I would recommend trying that for your next cycle. Many women may have endometriosis without even knowing it. Wishing you the best of luck!
