Has anyone here ever switched to Progyny mid-cycle? I’m at a point where I’m seriously considering making the switch, but I’m feeling a bit lost and unsure about it all. If anyone has experience or advice to share, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

I have Progyny and they have been incredibly helpful. Make sure to contact them right away and explain the situation. The authorization process with Progyny is very fast.
I had consultation appointments before my Progyny benefits started in September. Progyny provided my ID number before the benefits began, but did not cover any costs until after the start date. You must have your clinic request authorization on January 1st, and they typically approve within a few days. Costs may only be covered after approval, so medications and the transfer could be included.
I was in the midst of an FET when my insurance changed from Win to Progyny. Everything went smoothly!
