I just wanted to hop on here to share that I’m feeling really lost and confused at the moment. It seems like everything in my life is up in the air, and I can’t seem to make sense of anything. I’ve been trying to navigate through these uncertain times, but I feel like I’m just going in circles.
Have any of you ever felt this way before? How did you cope with feeling so confused? I could really use some advice or even just some words of encouragement right now.

Embryos of grade 4 are preferred over grade 6 as they are in the ideal stage for implantation, while grade 6 embryos may be a bit too developed for optimal implantation.
