Tomorrow marks a big day for me as I dive into the world of laparoscopic surgery for the first time. I have been preparing for this moment for what feels like forever, yet now that it’s right around the corner, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and nerves.
I’ve learned the techniques, studied the procedures, and even practiced in simulations, but nothing quite compares to the real deal. The thought of entering the operating room tomorrow is both exhilarating and intimidating.

I’ve undergone two laparoscopic surgeries, one for my gallbladder and one for my right ovary and tube. Recovery should be relatively smooth; after the ovary surgery, I went out to brunch just days after. Be sure to take gas ex and stool softeners initially, and make an effort to walk regularly. Expect to feel more fatigued than usual for a week or two. Best of luck!
Wishing you all the best for tomorrow! I had a laparoscopy in May after experiencing 2 failed transfers and a chemical pregnancy. I really hope that the next transfer is successful for both of us. Recovery was not as difficult as I thought it would be. I was able to work from home just 5 days after surgery and took things at a manageable pace. I hope you have a quick recovery as well!
I had a lap in April after repeated failed implantations to remove stage 3 endometriosis. I had my next transfer on June 2 and so far everything is going well, I am currently 9 weeks and 1 day pregnant. Wishing you the best of luck!
I hope everything goes well for you! I underwent laparoscopic surgery after two euploid embryos failed to implant. I had another transfer 6 weeks later, and my daughter just turned 2 last month. Best of luck! 
Despite not having a success story yet, I have a laparoscopy scheduled in October after three failed transfers and am willing to try everything. Hoping for positive results tomorrow and for you to be the next success story soon!
