Feeling Frustrated: New Clinic Refusing Low Level Mosaic

I just tried to book an appointment at a new clinic that recently opened in my area for a low level mosaic treatment, but they said they don’t offer it. I’ve been doing this treatment for years and now I feel a bit lost without it. Has anyone else faced a similar situation or have any advice on what to do next?

Initially, I had 10 embryos, and despite having a low mosaic, my RE advised me to keep it until my family is fully complete. I received literature stating that low level mosaics have comparable chances of implantation as euploids.

I am partial to the doctor who will be handling the transfer of low level mosaics because I work with him. Most of his patients are in their 40s and the approach to the process changes accordingly. Another clinic once discarded my mosaic embryos, which made me furious. I believe it is not right for a clinic to make decisions for a patient, especially when some of us produce very few euploids.

It seems like you are in Minneapolis! I am at CRM getting mine implanted. It seems like you have already made your decision. Good luck and welcome to the city!

I am currently at CCRM Lone Tree and they informed me that they will be transferring low mosaic embryos. This discussion took place on Wednesday and I am curious as to why this decision might be different.

I agree with you. CCRM in VA will only accept euploids from other clinics, not mosaics. This is their policy.
