I’ve been considering changing clinics recently, but I can’t shake off this nagging worry. Switching healthcare providers always makes me anxious, especially when it comes to my mental health. I’ve been seeing my current therapist for so long that the idea of starting fresh and building that trust all over again feels overwhelming. Has anyone here gone through the same experience? Any tips or advice for managing these CMV (Change My View) worries when transitioning to a new clinic? Let’s share our stories and support each other through this process.
Any chance you are constipated? Getting things moving may help
I just had my ER 8 days ago and I had lots of reflux! I think the swelling affected my digestive system a lot, I also noticed that I would get pain after eating anything more than a few small bites. Everything was just too squished together. I started feeling normal again around day 6-7, and slow walks helped with the swelling a lot.
Good luck with your recovery and results!!
I also had acid reflux starting the night before egg retrieval. It could have been stress, bloating or even all the sugar free electrolytes I was drinking. It went away after a few days thankfully.
I had to begin taking a course of PPIs. Initially, it seemed to improve around the trigger, but worsened significantly after discontinuation.
