Hey everyone, I recently had my doctor suggest a Lupron trigger for my upcoming IVF cycle, and I’m feeling a bit anxious about it. I’ve read about the pros and cons, but I’d love to hear about other people’s experiences. Did you have any side effects or complications? How did the Lupron trigger impact your overall IVF journey? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this new part of my fertility treatment journey. Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!
I’m scheduled to receive my trigger shot at 4 am tomorrow and I’m feeling anxious about it. My stomach is very bloated and I’m worried about getting OHSS. I constantly feel the need to pee and it’s already uncomfortable. 
I have not experienced any side effects from using it personally. I typically avoid looking up side effects as they are always terrible, but I have used it three times and have not noticed any negative effects. (I was already feeling unwell due to high hormone levels though).
I did not experience any side effects either.
There were no specific side effects from Lupron, but I experienced a significant amount of discharge due to the hormones.
