I’ve recently discovered L-arginine supplements and I’m blown away by the energy boost they provide! L-arginine is an amino acid that has been gaining popularity for its potential to enhance exercise performance and support overall health. Have any of you tried L-arginine? However, you need to take a high dosage. Around 6 grams a day.
