Exploring My Options: Natural FET at Weill Cornell

Just got back from a consultation at Weill Cornell about pursuing a natural frozen embryo transfer (FET). Feeling a mix of excitement and nerves about this next step. Would love to connect with anyone who has experience or insights to share on this approach. Let’s support each other through this journey!

My first modified natural procedure was with them 9 days ago. The main concern was that it took place in the IVF suite, where egg retrievals are conducted. No companions were allowed, so my husband had to wait in the waiting room. The process started in the afternoon, with a call from the nurse who instructed me to arrive and prepare by drinking water. There was a short delay, likely due to morning retrievals running behind schedule. The actual transfer, performed by a doctor and team, was quick and painless. Afterwards, I was taken to the recovery room and given post-transfer instructions. My beta test is scheduled for tomorrow, but I’ve been testing positive since Sunday, so I am feeling optimistic about the outcome.
