I was instructed to start priming with an estradiol patch and had 3 Cetrotide shots. After using 2 patches and experiencing an earlier period, I started stims on Day 2. Now on Day 10 of my first cycle with low ovarian reserve and only 6 follicles, everything is going as expected. Good luck on your journey!
I tried it on my first ER but didn’t have good results. Lupron worked better for me. You should consider discussing a change with your RE.
Update: The patch appears to have triggered my period sooner, as it began after only 3 days.
