Experiencing NAD+/Tru Niagen Side Effects – Anyone else feeling this way?

Hey everyone, I recently started taking NAD+/Tru Niagen supplements and have been noticing some side effects. I’ve been feeling a bit more jittery than usual and have had trouble sleeping. Has anyone else experienced similar side effects with this product? I’d love to hear your thoughts and whether these side effects eventually subsided for you. Thanks for sharing your experiences!"

I typically took it in the evening. Are you also taking all your supplements, including melatonin, in the morning?

I also take tru niagen in the morning without experiencing any strange side effects. I have been struggling with fertility and undergoing IVF treatments, but surprisingly got pregnant naturally in December/January (unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage). I started taking NAD+ about six months ago, so who knows if there is a correlation. I also take 3mg of melatonin at night for egg quality. It’s important to separate water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins to ensure proper absorption. My daily routine includes various vitamins and supplements at specific times throughout the day.

I experience side effects that are different from the ones you mentioned. However, it seems like you may benefit from trying TMG.

I find it helpful to take my Tru Niagen with food, maybe you could try that as well!

I am experiencing the same issue! I have been feeling extremely dizzy and tired, to the point where I almost fell down a few times. I have even started taking naps every day at 3pm. I stopped taking all of the supplements, except for melatonin, because I don’t want to feel even more exhausted. I used to have a lot of energy, so this sudden change is difficult to adapt to. Can anyone explain what TMG is? Will I ever feel normal again? How can I fix this situation? It’s ironic that I was trying to improve my health with supplements, but now I feel worse. I have never felt so immobile before and it’s starting to affect my confidence. Has anyone else gone through this and recovered by stopping the supplements?
