Embryo transfer: Day 4 symptoms, anyone going through the same?

Hi everyone, I’m currently on day 4 after my embryo transfer and I’m curious about what symptoms I should be expecting at this stage. I’ve been feeling a mix of emotions and sensations, and I would love to hear from others who have been through this or are going through it right now. Any shared experiences or insights would be greatly appreciated. Let’s support each other through this journey!

It is difficult to differentiate pregnancy symptoms from progesterone symptoms during the two-week wait because they are so similar. Having symptoms does not guarantee a successful FET, and lack of symptoms does not necessarily mean you are not pregnant. Tracking symptoms alone cannot accurately predict the likelihood of success.

Honestly, I don’t think there are any symptoms you may be feeling 4 days post transfer that aren’t related to the medication. It can be frustrating, but all you can do is be patient and wait it out. Best of luck to you!

Progesterone is the cause of symptoms during the TWW, experienced on both successful and unsuccessful transfers. The only way to confirm pregnancy is by taking a test.

I’m experiencing minimal symptoms at 6dpt except for swelling breasts and occasional pinching or cramping, driving me crazy! Promised husband I won’t test until 10dpt but the anticipation is making me spiral :smiling_face_with_tear:. Wishing you patience and baby dust .

No medications are safe during pregnancy, including those mentioned.

Are you drinking plain water? I’ve heard many people recommend drinking less plain water and more electrolyte drinks, to help with fluid balance and swelling.

Hope you feel better soon and have great results from your ER!
