You will likely begin with a lower dose and adjust based on how your lining reacts. I initially took 2mg twice daily and now I am taking 2mg three times a day.
In my experience, during my first FET, my lining only reached 7mm despite being on 2mg orally and vaginally twice a day. However, during my second FET, with just 2mg once a day, my lining reached 11mm. Make sure they monitor your lining closely during the cycle and adjust the dose as needed to ensure it is thick enough for transfer. I accidentally took 4mg daily during the first half of my second cycle and my lining became too thick, causing a one-week delay in the transfer.
