I’ve been on progesterone injections for a while now, and recently I’ve been experiencing really painful knots at the injection site. It’s been quite uncomfortable and even affecting my daily routine. I’ve tried different techniques like heat packs and massaging the area, but the knots don’t seem to go away. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how did you manage to alleviate the pain and reduce the knots? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
