I recently experienced a major setback when my insurance claim got denied out of the blue. Dealing with this unexpected turn has left me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. I followed all the guidelines, provided all necessary documentation, and still, I hit a dead end. Has anyone else faced a similar situation and managed to turn things around? How did you handle the denial, and what steps did you take to appeal against it? I could really use some advice and support right now as I navigate through this challenging process. Thank you in advance for sharing your insights!
Have you properly submitted the codes for prior authorization, or did you simply ask the insurance company if they would approve them if billed?
I have insurance that covers my procedures, so I must obtain prior authorization for each new procedure such as hsg, er, mock transfer, fet, etc.
Even though it’s been a few months since this post was made, I’m curious to know if you have any updates or resolution regarding insurance coverage.
If you have any concerns about your insurance coverage, please contact them and they will reach out to the clinic if necessary for resubmission.
