All I ever saw were boxes, but you can inquire about it at your clinic. When I just needed it for a day, the nurse went and got me a dose from their supply.
Alto may not be an option for you but I was able to get the exact quantity needed for an 11-day stim cycle. I easily obtained 2 more on the fly when my stim was extended. Consider purchasing singles to avoid unnecessary leftovers from a box of 5.
