Confused About Endometritis Biopsy Results in the Follicular Phase - Help Needed!

Hey everyone,
I recently went for an endometritis biopsy during my follicular phase, and the results came back positive. I’m feeling a bit confused and worried as I’ve read conflicting information about the accuracy of such biopsies during this phase of the cycle. Has anyone else experienced a false positive result during the follicular phase? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I learned from a biopsy with reproductive immunology that some women do a “scratch” before their cycle to aid in implantation. It’s typically for those with “dry” soil, but in my case, my soil is “too wet” so a scratch could actually cause more inflammation for me.

I was informed that cd138 could be performed during hysteroscopy and that the timing of the cycle was not important. However, my results came back negative.
