Just wanted to check in with others who have gone through the Pregmune testing process. I recently had mine done and the waiting is driving me crazy! How did you cope with the uncertainty and stress? Share your experiences, tips, and maybe we can support each other through this nail-biting time. Remember, we’re all in this together!
In 2022, I had a successful pregnancy through IVF after two failed transfers using the same protocol. I underwent a two-month treatment with Lupron Depot and Letrozole to suppress my silent endometriosis before starting a fully medicated transfer cycle. Unfortunately, the January FET of our best-grade embryo resulted in a failed transfer due to thawing issues. In February, we transferred two fair/poor grade embryos, resulting in a biochemical pregnancy. My reproductive endocrinologist is recommending an autoimmune workup through Pregmune due to these issues, as well as previous pregnancy losses.
Hello OP, have you tried Pregmune? I am considering using it as well, as I have silent endometriosis and autoimmune issues.
I really appreciate your response! I am registering for it today with an immunologist I consulted. Have you undergone a transfer after receiving these results? Wishing you all the best!
