An Overwhelming Feeling of Ughh

Ever had one of those days where everything just feels… Ughh? I can’t quite put my finger on it, but today just seems to be one of those days. It’s like a heavy cloud hanging over my head, making even the simplest tasks feel like climbing a mountain.
Maybe it’s the lack of sleep, or the never-ending to-do list that seems to grow longer by the minute. Or perhaps it’s just one of those mysterious moods that come out of nowhere and settle in for the day.
I’m trying to shake it off, but it lingers, tugging at my energy and enthusiasm. How do you deal with these Ughh days? Any
